在主畫面右上按 ＋： • 相機掃描：自動偵測名片邊框、校正透視，正反面可以一起掃。 • 從照片匯入：從相簿挑已經拍好的名片照片。 • 手動輸入：沒有實體名片時，直接填寫欄位。Tap + at the top right of the main screen: • Scan with Camera — detects the card's edges and corrects perspective; scan the front and back together. • Import from Photos — pick a card photo you've already taken. • Enter Manually — fill in the fields yourself when there's no physical card.
可以在 iPad 上使用嗎？Does it work on iPad?
可以。名片夾為 iPhone 與 iPad 設計，需要 iOS／iPadOS 17 以上。開啟 iCloud 同步，兩台裝置的名片會自動同步。Yes. CardVault is designed for iPhone and iPad and requires iOS / iPadOS 17 or later. Turn on iCloud Sync to keep cards in sync between them.

掃描名片需要連網路嗎？Does scanning require an internet connection?
不需要。文字辨識（OCR）與欄位判斷全部在你的裝置上離線完成，飛航模式也能用。No. Text recognition (OCR) and field detection run entirely on-device — it works in Airplane Mode.
支援哪些語言的名片？Which card languages are supported?
支援繁體中文、英文與日文名片；日文名片會自動改用日文優先辨識，假名的姓名與職稱也讀得到。Traditional Chinese, English, and Japanese cards. Japanese cards automatically switch to Japanese-first recognition, so names and titles in kana are picked up too.
什麼是「Apple Intelligence 辨識」？哪些裝置會用到？What is Apple Intelligence recognition, and which devices use it?
在支援 Apple Intelligence 的裝置上（iOS 26 以上，例如 iPhone 15 Pro 之後的機型、搭載 M1 以上晶片的 iPad），名片夾會用裝置端 AI 判斷姓名、公司、職稱與地址，辨識更準確。模型在你的裝置上執行、不連網，名片內容不會傳給 Apple 或任何人。 App 內「設定」>「名片辨識」可以看目前的狀態（可用、未開啟、模型下載中）；不支援的機型不會顯示這一列。On devices that support Apple Intelligence (iOS 26 or later — for example iPhone 15 Pro and newer, or iPads with M1 or later), CardVault uses on-device AI to identify names, companies, titles, and addresses more accurately. The model runs on your device without going online, and card content is never sent to Apple or anyone else. Settings > Card Recognition in the app shows the current status (available, turned off, or model downloading); the row is hidden on devices that don't support it.
我的裝置不支援 Apple Intelligence，還能用嗎？My device doesn't support Apple Intelligence — can I still use it?
可以，所有功能都一樣。名片夾會改用內建的規則式解析辨識欄位，同樣離線完成。如果裝置支援但還沒開啟，到 iOS「設定」>「Apple Intelligence 與 Siri」開啟後，名片辨識就會自動改用裝置端 AI。Yes — every feature works the same. CardVault uses its built-in rule-based parser instead, also fully offline. If your device supports Apple Intelligence but it's off, turn it on in iOS Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri and card recognition will switch to on-device AI automatically.
辨識結果有錯字或欄位分錯怎麼辦？What if a field is recognized incorrectly?
存檔前可以逐欄檢查與修改；已建立的名片也能隨時進入編輯頁調整，或用「重新掃描更新」重掃一次。You can review and edit every field before saving, edit any saved card later, or use Rescan to Update to scan it again.

典藏和刪除差在哪？What's the difference between Archive and Delete?
典藏適合過時或暫時用不到的名片：在列表向左滑，或在名片的 ⋯ 選單選「典藏」。典藏的名片不會出現在列表，但會保留、隨時可以還原，到「設定」>「已典藏」查看或取消典藏。刪除則會永久移除。Archive is for cards you no longer need right now: swipe left in the list, or choose Archive from a card's ⋯ menu. Archived cards leave your list but are kept and can be restored anytime from Settings > Archived. Delete removes a card permanently.
怎麼一次整理好幾張？How do I manage several cards at once?
長按任一張名片就會進入多選，勾好後可以一次收藏、典藏、匯出或刪除。Long-press any card to start selecting, then favorite, archive, export, or delete them together.
怎麼把名片存進 iPhone 通訊錄？How do I save a card to iPhone Contacts?
打開該張名片，選「加入通訊錄」即可；只會寫入你選的那一張，不會動到其他聯絡人。Open the card and choose Add to Contacts. Only that card is written — nothing else in your contacts is touched.
對方需要安裝名片夾，才能掃我的 QR code 嗎？Does the other person need CardVault to scan my QR code?
不用。在「我的名片」建立自己的數位名片後出示 QR code，對方用手機內建相機一掃，就能直接把你加進聯絡人。No. Create your digital card in My Card and show its QR code — anyone can scan it with their phone's built-in camera to add you to their contacts.
資料與同步Data & sync
我的名片資料會上傳到雲端嗎？Is my card data uploaded to the cloud?
預設不會。名片內容與正反面影像只儲存在你的裝置上，不會上傳到任何伺服器，開發者也無法存取。你可以選擇開啟「iCloud 同步」，讓資料存到你自己的 iCloud（仍非開發者伺服器，開發者無法讀取）。詳見隱私權政策。By default, no. Card details and front/back images are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to any server; the developer cannot access them. You can optionally turn on iCloud Sync, which keeps your data in your own iCloud (still not a developer server — the developer can't read it). See the Privacy Policy.
怎麼開啟 iCloud 同步？同步正常嗎？How do I turn on iCloud Sync, and is it working?
到 App 內「設定」開啟「iCloud 同步」，裝置需要登入 iCloud。同一區有「同步狀態」，會顯示最後同步時間；如果遇到上傳失敗、iCloud 空間已滿或等待網路，點開就能看到原因。Turn on iCloud Sync in the app's Settings (your device needs to be signed in to iCloud). Sync Status in the same section shows the last sync time, and if something goes wrong — an upload failure, full iCloud storage, or waiting for a network — tap it to see why.
換手機的話，資料會不會不見？Will I lose my data when I switch phones?
有開 iCloud 同步的話不會：新手機登入同一個 Apple ID、打開名片夾並開啟同步，名片就會回來。如果沒開同步，換機或重裝前請先匯出備份。Not if iCloud Sync is on: sign in with the same Apple ID on the new phone, open CardVault, turn on sync, and your cards come back. If sync is off, export a backup before switching or reinstalling.
怎麼備份或匯入名片？How do I back up or import cards?
「設定」可以匯出全部名片為 vCard 或 CSV，也能用「匯入備份」把 .vcf／.csv 匯回來，重複的名片會自動略過。vCard 不含名片照片、標籤與備註；CSV 會帶回備註與統編，但不含照片與標籤。In Settings you can export all cards as vCard or CSV, and use Import Backup to bring a .vcf / .csv file back in — duplicates are skipped automatically. vCard files don't include card photos, tags, or notes; CSV restores notes and tax IDs, but not photos or tags.

免費版可以存幾張名片？How many cards does the free plan hold?
最多 15 張（已典藏的也算在內），其他功能免費版全都有。超過之後，既有名片照常讀取與匯出，只是要解鎖 Pro 才能再新增。Up to 15 cards (archived cards count too), with every other feature included. Past that, your existing cards stay readable and exportable — Pro is only needed to add more.

換手機或重裝後，要再買一次嗎？Do I need to buy it again on a new phone or after reinstalling?
不用。用購買時的同一個 Apple ID，到「設定」>「名片用量」打開付費頁，按「恢復購買」即可。No. Using the same Apple ID you bought it with, open the upgrade page from Settings > Card usage and tap Restore Purchase.

掃描相機打不開，或畫面全黑？The scanner camera won't open, or the screen is black?
請到 iOS「設定」>「隱私權與安全性」>「相機」，確認已允許名片夾使用相機。Go to iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera and make sure CardVault is allowed to use the camera.
怎麼回報問題？How do I report a problem?
在 App「設定」選「意見回饋」，會開啟郵件並自動附上診斷資訊（App 版本、同步狀態等，不含任何名片內容），寄出前你可以檢視或刪除。也可以直接來信 abelhu.tw@gmail.com。Choose Send Feedback in the app's Settings. It opens an email with diagnostic info attached (app version, sync status, and so on — never any card content), which you can review or delete before sending. You can also email abelhu.tw@gmail.com directly.
